Every huge plan starts with a little step. It may not be this year that I will be able to build my dream house but I know soon enough, I shall be able to build it. Perhaps, it could be next year or the next two years. It is not too distant and it is never farfetched to build my dream house. I will start planning for it tomorrow until I finish making the rough details into paper and translate it into action.

Right now, I already have about eighty percent of the budgetary needs of my dream house. It may not be as expensive as those which are used by Hollywood actors but I know that it is decent enough where my wife and my children can live. I would love to see it made of jacksonville building materials which are known for their quality and character. I have several reasons to be optimistic of it coming true since I have already dreamed of it several times and I can feel it coming true in both spirit and flesh.

Back to stark realities, I am two-month salary away from building my home but I need to set my plan on how to carefully go about it my analyzing the details of its construction. Two years before, it was just a dream, uncertain and a bit fuzzy. Two months from now it would be a clear and an undeniable reality.
